Cancellation
You receive full refund upon cancellation by the Association of Manitou Arts & Cultures Inc. Cancellation by AMAC may happen due to weather, artist forteiture, insuficient registration, or unforseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
All payments are final and strictly non-refundable, without exception, if you cancel your attendance.
Liability Release
Participation in activities, workshops, and/or events is vountary and at your own risk.
By attending, you agree to accept all liability for your actions.
The Associaiton of Manitou Arts & Cultures Inc (presenting non-profit organization), Little Manitou Art Gallery (hosting location), staff, artists, volunteers, and fellow participants are released from any claims of injury, loss, or damage.
